1、制(zhi)冷系統:制(zhi)冷系統是綜合(he)試驗箱的關鍵部分之一(yi)。

2、傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)系統:恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)(shi)箱產品特點傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)主要是(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)和濕(shi)(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)。溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)應用較多的是(shi)鉑電(dian)(dian)組和熱電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)。濕(shi)(shi)度(du)的測量方法(fa)有(you)兩(liang)種:干(gan)濕(shi)(shi)球溫(wen)(wen)度(du)計法(fa)和固態(tai)電(dian)(dian)子式傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)直接測量法(fa)。恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)(shi)箱產品特點由于干(gan)濕(shi)(shi)球法(fa)測量精度(du)不高,現(xian)在的恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)(shi)箱正逐(zhu)步的以固態(tai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)代(dai)替干(gan)濕(shi)(shi)球來進行

3、濕(shi)度的測量送風循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)系統(tong):空氣(qi)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)系統(tong)一般(ban)有離心式風扇和驅動其運轉的電機構成。它(ta)提(ti)供(gong)了試驗箱內空氣(qi)的循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan) 

4、除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)方式有兩種:機械(xie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)和干燥除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)。機械(xie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)原理是將空(kong)氣冷(leng)卻到露點(dian)溫(wen)度(du)以下,使大(da)于飽和含濕(shi)(shi)量(liang)的(de)(de)水汽(qi)凝結析出(chu),這樣就降低了濕(shi)(shi)度(du)。 

5、干(gan)燥器除(chu)濕是利(li)用(yong)氣泵將(jiang)試(shi)驗箱內的(de)空(kong)氣抽(chou)出(chu),并(bing)將(jiang)干(gan)燥的(de)空(kong)氣注(zhu)入(ru),同時將(jiang)濕空(kong)氣送入(ru)可循環(huan)利(li)用(yong)的(de)干(gan)燥進行(xing)干(gan)燥,干(gan)燥完后(hou)又送入(ru)試(shi)驗箱內,如此反復循環(huan)進行(xing)除(chu)濕。現在大部分綜合試(shi)驗箱采用(yong)前一種除(chu)濕方(fang)式法,后(hou)一種的(de)除(chu)濕方(fang)法,可以使露點溫度(du)達(da)到0℃一下。適用(yong)于有特(te)殊(shu)要求的(de)場合,但費用(yong)較貴。
